FlexTek is currently teaming up with an Environmental Services company that is looking to add several Customer Service Representatives to their team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing assistance, support, and solutions to customers over the phone.
** This role is 100% on site in the Pearland area
** Schedule is Monday – Friday
** 8am to 5pm
** Contract to hire
** $18/per hour
Below are a few of the details regarding the job duties.
- Handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
- Resolving any issues that arise with customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding services provided
- Gather information during calls and update customer accounts
- Process payments over the phone on customer accounts
- Document any feedback to improve services
